Subscription Refunds
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new premium subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.
Pro-Rated Refunds: After the initial 30-day period, refunds may be issued on a pro-rated basis at our discretion, depending on the circumstances and the remaining time in your billing cycle.
How to Request a Refund

- Date of purchase
- Reason for requesting a refund
- Any relevant order information
We strive to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days from the date of approval.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Partial subscription periods (less than one month) that have already been used
- Special promotional offers explicitly marked as non-refundable
- Service fees for customization work that has already been completed
- Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take 5-10 business days.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation will stop future billing, but you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically qualify you for a refund of the current billing period.
